They have access to everything, probably more than the majority due to the reservations. Poverty has no religion, it affects everyone equally. If the life quality was that bad, I am sure there wouldnt have been a surge in their population. A family of 4 can live a good life with an earning of one man, but the situation is different for most if not all of them. May be they should plan their family better.
