Best way to reduce smoking is ,,,
Reduce it by decreasing its use, than gradually finish this.
If you finish this at once than it can be harm ful for your daily life...

year after year 30 cigs a day. I quit. Struggled for 6 months and it was hard. yesterday was my 1st anniversary and I had a drink today. I drank among all the smoker and i did not feel a bit.

It takes time to quit and remember its hard. Only strong determination and a lot of quit smoking reading will help. first 3 weeks are worst. After that it starts easing till month 4. After that its all mind game. Always remeber craving last only for 3-6 mins and not more than twice a day. Craving will pass in less than 6 mins and you will not die due to craving.

After quit, never take a single puff in your entire life. Never use any tobacco products. Zip done.
