How to lose weight fast but safely

I want to gain weight , any suggestions ? i tried everything , every Doc, Hakeem and Homeopathic .. still skinny
Every day 2 bananas with milk also khajoor..everyday without miss

Eat for 1 Month, you will see the difference.

If possible (not necessary) do some compound exercises like squat, dead lift and bench press (but increase your proteim intake if you start exercising).

Never miss a meal intentionally. If you do that your brain will signal your body for energy storage. In few weeks instead of losing your will gain more weight. Just follow diet and exercise plan.

Get your thyroid function tests done (T3 T4 TSH). Thyrotoxicosis can cause weight loss and make it difficult to gain weight.

Unhealthy diet plans/lifestyle and eating more carbs and fatty food and sugar can store fat in ur body to make you gain weight but it will be insane thing to do

Nope it doesnot in all cases some folks just have a really fast metabolism which from an evolutionary standpoint puts you at a disadvantage but with high availability of food it actually does more good than harm nowadays unless you live in famine conditions

Low carbohydrates, high fibre diet is the usual suggestion. I also suggest around five green tea cups per day. Use artificial sweeteners .........and keep on doing one hour walk.
yes i have replace tea with green tea..only drink one cup of tea in the morning and then take green tea after dinner and lunch..i have reduced some sugar but will take some time to completely get rid of it because tea has no taste without sugar..thanks for suggestion

did that already , not just once but 3 times .. few months ago i have had thyroid checks up and reports comes normal .. once a doctor even suggested STD tests lol ..

No answers buddy i can eat a truck and not gain a gram losing weight for me is really easy i am 5 foot 8 and if i decrease my food intake to your level i easily go in the below 60 kg zone (right now i am at 62 kg)
Try donating blood when i did that i actually ended up losing 3 kg plus you will be doing a great thing while you are aiming for weight loss though i have some people go the opposite direction and gain weight as their body tries to compensate for the lost blood and gs into power saving mode
I donate blood regularly but its all depend on what age you are in because when i was in my twenty then i thought that i will always stay in slim shape no matter what i eat but once you reach 30 then unhealthy food and less physical activity make you gain weight easily . If you see my photo in my teen then you will say that muje sokhey k bemari ha :D

Well i am planning on joining a gym this winter so the staying idol part will be rectified cant say much about the eating part though even if i do get fat i wont stop eating stuff that tastes good in large amounts i am just not programmed that way :D

I was slim and fit but had this habit of eating blindly. I was not one of those people who never read information on food label to get clue about calories /fat/sugar before eating them. I am fond of those food which are unhealthy i.e Pizaa, pastaz, ice,creams, sweets, cakes, rice, roti etc I thought that i will never gain weight but i was wrong ..Now some test suggested that my cholesterol level is high and i was told to lose some weight . My GP said that people from south asia have higher risk of diabetes and heart related disease and their unhealthy food dont help it either but instead make it worse . I cannot live without roti/chipatti even though reduced it from 4 to 2 roti daily ..I started walking one hour daily but it did not made any difference as just lost half KG in one month. My work has minimum physical activity as sit on chair most of time which dont help it either

any tips and suggestions ?

Sir, what country do you reside in? I would like to send you something by mail which gives valuabl info regarding heart related diseases.
