i was 86 a year ago then i started my gym running atleast 20 minutes in high intensity intervals.in 4 months i was 72 then i stopped cos it was good enough.
later in the time i got into a very bad breakup which i shared in this forum.and i stopped eating for about a month i barely ate to survive turned out later when i was mentally a little stable that my body weight was 64 kg and my muscles are gone and i have 18% body fat.
actually this hitting gym was suggested by sir @gambit which i m thankful to him.
i started going gym adjusted my diet and kept in my mind that i will not stop until i had 6 pack abs.which i didn't have still.
but what i did in 2 months is i hve increased my muscles mass by 5 kgs and decreased my fat by 3 kg.now i m 13.5% body fat.
i have a goal of 10% body fat which i m working out daily an hour for.
btw guys avoid being skinny cos its more dangerous then being obese.develop ur muscles cos muscles burn fat too
