How to defeat America.

Make new parachutes that drop enemy fighter in enemy lines lighting fast.
What you do is make parachutes with micro gas cylinders and pipes that go just above their heads.
When dropping in on the enemy you can open up the parachute at 30 meters, because the micro gas cylinder is going to blast out a flame ball, that forces the parachute up instantly.

Now Russia and China can drop in on the enemy lighting fast. They can open up at 30 meters dropping down very fast "not" making them a sitting duck gliding down.

This is good if you know you are going to lose air supremacy. You land all around and in their troops, making enemy air strikes impossible.....Troops have the enemy around and in them...Drop bombs and you kill you're own troops. This stops the enemy from using air support. You also weaken their positions before the main attack.

Russian troops bring down tow-missiles to take out tanks. This way Russia doesn't need tanks v tanks as they have tow-missiles.
