How to complain against neighbor?

Hi,

Could anyone please let me know how to complain against neighbor for wastage of clean water all the time or Construction of illegal building or through garbage on streets?

WASTAGE of Clean Water from house roof tank is also main cause of shortage of water.

I couldn't find any department for that where anyone could launch the complain if having problem with neighbor. Either I don't know or such department doesn't exists?

I live in Karachi.

if you live in dha call 1092 dha helpline 10 min dha security will knock on your neighbour and warn them after third time they are fined.

Sorry, you can do one thing.. beg your neighbor to stop wasting the water.. you can also read the hadith in front of him..

water wastage is not crime in our country which is bit shame

we should introduce water meter and should charge people as per usage to stop all this waste of water..you do see people waste so much water just on washing cars ..common sense tell you why you will wash car tyres

Well, in fact you can...use communal pressure. Gather your neighbours and brief them about issue and get their support and then all of the neighbours should talk to him or her and you will see an instant improvement.
