I only say that, it is easy to blame other people for own shortcomings.
These people went to get benefits in living in USA, so it's ok for USA to benefit from them also. They give citizenship to this people also.
Even today lots of educated people going to USA, I don't think these people cannot earn money and live in there own countries. But they want more, so they go. So USA also uses them because they know this people want good life and more money.Usa is smart country not bad.

It is our own failure not giving good jobs and also there greed.
USA only take benefit from such people.

It's not all India's fault. India was in bad shape because British colonization. India can NOT develop fast because US hegemony.
