There are just approx 250 Freedom Fighters in Kashmir as per Official reports and U have got more than 8 lacs security personnel who cant even hunt them down but wud surely make Pakistan a punching bag to hide their own failures. am just wondering how much incapable an Army wud be who cant even take down just 250 guys???

if a cockroach sneaks into your house it has a lot of places to hide - you will need several people looking for it in many corners at the same time. Then as you kill one two others sneak in - especially when the roaches have the support of the Pakistani government agencies. But I think I agree partially with you in that the capability of Pakistani government to create and send terrorists into India exceeds that of the Indian army to stop them completely and immediately.
