How much time is required for PAF F-16s Upgrade Program?

I am interested to know that time which is being required by the PAF F-16s in order to be upgraded in Turkey that include Flight testing as well. PAF has about 31+14 F-16s and also 14 more coming from USA soon that will be transferred to Turkey for upgrade.

As the result of the tender opened by Pakistan Air Force regarding the modernization of 41 F-16 Aircraft, TUSAŞ has been selected as the contractor. The contract has been signed on 29 June 2009. The modernization activities started in the last quarter of 2010 by receiving first 3 F-16 to TAI facilities. The total modernization period is anticipated as 47 months and the program is planned to be completed by the year 2014.

So within this time frame can 14 more F-16s being upgraded to MLU-3 at TAI?

No AESA at all. Just upgrade program similar to F-16 Block-52s...

The upgrade will include 41 current F-16s of PAF along with 14 more F-16s arriving from USA...

But I have doubt that PAF might going to sell away their 18 F-16 Block-52s by 2020 and will replace it with J-31. But these 59 will remain in service for longer time.
