How much does it cost for Pakistan to Hyderabad Round trip

Iam a part of organizing committee of an intl conference where many delegates from US,Asia Pacific would attend including few Pakistanis . Iam working with travel team and iam compiling round trip costs from various countries to hyd . for bangkok its 15000 INR , for bangladesh its 16000 INR , but for pakistan to hyd i see cost is high ie 35000 INR . Pakistanis told that rates are not reasonable so i would like to take ur help in finding minimum costs ...
