Russia was miffed by india going closer to America. So it played little game by offering hellicopters to pakistan (like they did with engines for Jf-17 under congress rule in india). India and russia had good relation and secret pact against china few years ago when russia even warned 1 of its friendly neighbour that if it war india it will face russia (was warning to china and sametime it moved nuclear missiles towards china). However since 2010 relation between india and russia wasnt that great and it did more damage when MMRCA deal went to France. Russia than played a game by offring Su-35s to china. Now what happened is Russia offered china latest missile defence sheild. However Russia forgot that its BJP rule and Mr modi the most powerful leader. When china intrude 350 times into india than india intruded 410 times into china. When china came with nomads than india destroyed roads made by PLA and pitched tents and moved 40,000 troops towards ladakh. That made PLA pack the bags and runaway with nomads who they brought as shields. That time Mr Modi didnt talked with Russia. What modi did was he played Master stroke. He talked with Obama. What it did was made china shiver and made russia stop playing its games with india (both rus and china worried what if india offer base to america). Russia never gave india the key of Brahmos, tanks and sukhois even when india signed TOT with them. Now russia gave india all the keys and even accepted indias demand to make PAK-FA in india (which they refused before). Mr Modi knows how to play the game very well. Now india set to produce many military weapons under FULL TOT with usa, russia, israel and France. It will boost indian economy. Let me also make one thing clear that russia trust india more than china. China and russia has huge trade but they fought war against each other. Russia likes india but hates india getting close to america.

Russia is more friendly to China. The only reason to sell helicopters to Pakistan was to cooperate with Pakistan because after all these embargoes, Russia need East to stand by its side.

Obviously you'd neglect 3000 jet fighters, 15000 tanks, 8000 nukes, a potentially unlimited (figuratively) resources of natural gas and other resources. As Modi can contact Asthar Galaxy Federation to nullify them.

And by inclusive, I mean in terms of economy. Now Russia and China doesn't have any active territorial disputes, learn to live in the present. India is 3 decades away from catching upto Russians, even if it is ever in the intention of the government. Did I mentioned their space technology or ICBMs yet?
