if i understand things correctly, Pakistan has chosen to side with China? because you think China is stronger than India, and you hate Indians?

Its not like you chose and suddenly you become good friends we have history of cooperation which we always offer india but they think they are too strong to push us to wall and force us to accept what they like, Kashmir is an issue which Pakistan always want to solve but india have plan to grab everything which they dream of making "akhand bharat". We make sure if they threat us or impose war on us to gain what they stupidly dreaming of their fairy tale they wont live to see the next day. Is that no simple.

this is easy to see. EU has very few software companies - which is the source of immense wealth - and is more dependent on American software than the US itself. however China has its own software companies.

i grew up working for EU domestic software companies! they make everything from traffic lights to the expert machine systems that power our postal service and medical industries, for instance.. and while we may not have world leading companies in *software*, we *do* in defense tech! oh there's so much we're not telling you. don't get me wrong, i love voicing my opinions on this forum in part because i feel there's a real need to educate people from the Far East about what life is really like over here in the west.

every one wants to be protected india teamed up with usa and israel australia is the biggest uranium supplier to india. same way india was in russian camp in cold war. some part of europe is still in russian camp so why cant we decide which i believe Pak is still stuck between Us and china. but in case of india we will chose China more reliable than anyone els.

Or perhaps the movie 'Battleship'? Something more recent and with more action than Star Trek TNG

and perhaps the reason we sent out signals is because of our technological development just pre space age developments..
if that's the case, then i doubt there's any intelligent space faring species out there who are NOT susceptible to 'being discovered'...

well, since it's you who is making us delve into the topic of sci-fi, have you heared about 'remote viewing' and 'telepathic capabilities'? not all defense needs to be fought in physical ways, that's what i believe. not even on the scale of an entire solar system worth of large rocks..
i'm an audio-only telepath myself. i know for a fact humanity has many telepaths walking the streets, just going about their lives, until they're forced into a war. you'll find our capabilities very interesting to say the least, in any real conflict where we'd have to defend the planet.
