For officers, there is no direct selection for Infantry. Commission in the said Corps is granted after the successful completion of training at Kakul.

There are only 2 ways to go for this journey:
1. PMA Long Course and
2. Graduate Course.

Long course is for fresh out of college kids and is two yrs training at PMA
Grad course is after graduating with a bachelor's and 1 yr at the academy
