tried making sambhar dosa , sambhar was the easy part thanks to MTR ready mix so was the chutney but failed big time in dosa man what a mess it was????????

Yes, i can cook.
All famoush India dishes, wether norther, southern, eastern or western india.
But never tried any thing forigener except chinese.

reh kya gya hai french khanay na khana tasteless and under cooked mai tu pakistan say ho tu hum jo khana khatay hai on ko woh over cooked kehtay hai

What is your Fav dish you can cook , i for that matter love cooking , its a great stress buster , i can make paratha's stuffed (mix veg , onoin paneer or of gobhee), other than that some soups like manchow, sweet corn, cream of mushroom soup & chana bhatoora & veg pulao

Yup, you are right frozen food is stale at least for me, I prefer fasting than eating frozen junk.

Except for coffee and BBQ (Kebabs, Grills, Shish Tawk, and all types) I can't do anything! Not even butter the bread.

Tried to cook shrimps once, when I was alone at home and starving. Dunno what happened, but sure made some Iron chips from the sauces! I had to swallow it all, couldn't chew (or waste) it. As for the cook at SSG camps, he doesn't know anything. Snake jalfarezi and jelly made up of blood Sometimes we are forces to drink blood of hen, as part of our survival training.

mai janta ho kabhi kabhar jab banaya tu apna khana freeze kar kay rakh diya lekin jo frozen packet wala hota mai nujhe nahi pasand ya phir mai kha kha kay tang agaya ho

^--^ I can almost guess you do not have a Danish wife.

Here in Scandinavia men cook as often as women. I love to cook, and when I lived with my last girl, it was always me who cooked. But she was also a really bad cook, she could only boil water if there were someone who had warmed the water for her first. I hate to clean up and take the dishes, so it was her job.
Cooking while I'm drinking wine and listening to music is one of my favorite ways to spend my time. And I am good at it!
