Doesnt change reality.

You know as well as i do how "good" the image of turkey is in Europe.

How do you feel when even EU parliamentarians like Martin Sonneborn say in public speech your president is called the "madmen of the bosporus"

Erdogan is more target to jokes here now than Kim Jong Un. The entire country of turkey is used for satire and has become a laughing stock.

So i would like to understand why you want free visa so much into nations that look down on you that way? Are you aware of the political discussions here? They refer about your country as a nation ruled by an oriental, demented despot. A country in civil war and genocidal againt minorities.

This isn´t my opinion. Its the climate against turkey.

We are talking abour tourist visas here. They would even bring in income, and yet the european governments debate against it. Want install emergency breaks or bust it at all.

I doubt that this goes unnoticed in turkey.

I think we should be honest with each other. All those partnership bla bla is just empty words. You know we look down on you, will never let you into the EU and evrything is based plain and simply on "real politics".

I believe as sooner we get this sorted out the better. Turkey never was and never will be a real partner for us.

You stand alone and your recent brawl with russia showed this.

When turkey shot down the russian airplane you tried to get NATO behind you. You failed.

Italy was the first nation that said this is a turkish - russian thing and Italy will not interfer. Germany and france followed and said turkey stands alone in this.

So if you believe we would fight for you, you are mistaken as well.

I hope you guys realize this.

I could give a good reply about your post but...
A country in civil war and genocidal againt minorities.

... this the point I'm done with you here that I realized i am trying to discuss with an empty tin.

It was EU parliamentarian Martin Sonneborn who said Turkey is a genocidal country that would perform genocides in the cyclus of 100 years. This was said in the EU parliament. I didnt say it. :)

So why do you want visa free travel to a place where the highest ranking politicians call you genocidal?

As for the "empty tin". I see turkey as negative. I´m part of politics and member in the youth organisation of Forza Italia. Most italians are very negative towards turkey. Our voters even more so. I spoke against turkey in a ralley in bari 6 days ago.

Thats part of politics and it gives us more votes. Policies against turkey give us more votes and support and you may understand that this is totally fine in a democracy. I´m "italy first". I labelled turkey far worse things in ralleys. Its not the duty of italians in a political process to cuddle with a country that we don´t respect anyways.

You seem like a wonderful human being. Are you the head of PEGIDA Italya? Your obsession with Turkey is especially peculiar. It seems like a love/hate relationship, i haven't figured it out yet

I´m in Forza Italia. Our party believes that its best for italy to see turkey as a threat. I´m quite moderate in my approach. I even visited turkey in 2013. Politics are business amigo, thats nothing personal.

Well i'm also part of a quite nationalistic party. But i don't specifically hate Italya or Fransa, i just dislike them for interferring into our affairs. Mind your own business, we'll do the same ;)

Thats my idea as well. We honestly give a shit about turkey. But in this case its better to openly attack is regarding its support for ISIS.

Look...and try to see it from our side. We want much harder laws against illegal migrants. The EU-Turkey deal takes our own security out of our hands and places it to turkey. As a nationalist would you be happy about this? We may agree that this is not good.

When we trigger this enough we believe the EU-Turkey deal can bust and we can do what we believe is right. The walls work in Idomeni and Spain. We believe if we treat the illegals terribly bad they stop coming. They can´t leave those eastern greece islands. They would be stuck there and fall in despair.

We saw that the images of Idomeni dropped incoming numbers of illegals by 90%.

Erdogan is instable and we hope, believe that when we trigegr this enough this deal ends anyways. Thats why right wing politicians shot that much against turkey. It would get us out of this easily without losing face.

You would do the same.

You say Turkey supports isis which you cant even prove while pkk is being tolerated all over Europe, hypocrites.

We have prove that Turkey supported ISIS. The italian secret service knows and already made public that your former PM saw ISIS as legitimate group to fight Assad. We know ISIS sells its oil through turkey. Most of this is done by Erdogans son. We know that ISIS fighters were supplied by turkish trucks. We also know that ISIS fighters were treated in turkish hospitals.

In recent months the climate between turkey and isis cooled down as they became a liability and started to bite the hand that fed them.

"
A US-led raid on the compound housing the Islamic State's "chief financial officer" produced evidence that Turkish officials directly dealt with ranking ISIS members, Martin Chulov of the Guardian reported recently.

The officer killed in the raid, Islamic State official Abu Sayyaf, was responsible for directing the terror army's oil and gas operations in Syria. The Islamic State (aka ISIS, ISIL, or Daesh) earns up to $10 million a month selling oil on black markets.

Documents and flash drives seized during the Sayyaf raid reportedly revealed links "so clear" and "undeniable" between Turkey and ISIS "that they could end up having profound policy implications for the relationship between us and Ankara," senior Western official familiar with the captured intelligence told the Guardian.

NATO member Turkey has long been accused by experts, Kurds, and even Joe Biden of enabling ISIS by turning a blind eye to the vast smuggling networks of weapons and fighters during the ongoing Syrian war.

The move by the ruling AKP party was apparently part of ongoing attempts to trigger the downfall of Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime.

Ankara officially ended its loose border policy last year, but not before its southern frontierbecame a transit point for cheap oil, weapons, foreign fighters, and pillaged antiquities."

The situation changed now. Russia destroyed turkish trucks delivering weapons to ISIS and also trucks that brought oil from ISIS to turkey.

Assad isn´t stepping down. Turkey was caught supporting ISIS and stopped this support as pressure from EU and USA rose. Now ISIS bites back.

The Guardian made a nice article about how Turkey supported ISIS up to the highest ranks.

That guy represents Turkey because the picture says so?
You haven't answered his question though, Europeans are fond of supporting PKK YPG etc, but when it comes to ISIS you pee your pants. Keep your hands off PKK and we will take care of Europe's protection. Just don't act hypocritically

We protect ourself.

We support YPG in their fight against ISIS.

When ISIS raped Kobane Turkey did nothing and even send supplies to ISIS to make the kurds suffer more.

Europe got the impression that Turkey supports ISIS. We destroy ISIS. With your help or without and if you stand infront them you get pushed aside.

It was Putin who destroyed the turkish trucks bringing weapons to ISIS and it was Putin who destroyed the trucks which with ISIS brought oil to turkey.

But your statement showed enought between the lines. You yourself support ISIS. Its your pet. We currently euthanize it.

Unfortunately it needed Putin to do so.

The turkish foreign politics failed completly. In egypt your muslim brotherhood got crushed. In Syria Assad is in charge and wont go.

You lost this one amigo. Europe sees turkey as ISIS supporter no matter how much you denie it. With this you belittled yourself and made yourself a complize of the lowest scum on this planet.

I see supporting YPG as important. And i´m glad my nation sends them weapons and supplies.

Italy is bolstering its role in the fight against the Islamic State (ISIS), helping Iraq and the Kurdistan Region contain the radical group that poses a global threat.

“I think Italy is providing and could provide an important contribution to benefit the local Kurdish security forces, which are on the frontline of the fight against terrorism,” Carmelo Ficarra, the head of the Italian Consular Office in Erbil, toldRudaw in an interview.

Francesca Manenti, an analyst at the Rome-based Centro StudiInternazionali (Ce.S.I), also noted the strategic role the Kurdistan Region is playing in the war against the insurgents..."

Italy is the largest supporter of YPG. The YPG is the strongest tool we have against ISIS. Maybe if turkey wouldn´t have supported ISIS and fought them instead we wouldn´t need to support YPG.

So what you gonna do against us, now that we send so much weapons and training to YPG? Will you support ISIS? Yes or no? :)

This is so ignorant, that i don't even intent to ellaborate. Sufficed to say, if it wasn't for Turkey, Kurds in Kobane had suffered total slaughter, we opened our borders, took in YPG fighters and civillians and treated them, when they were under heavy attack from ISIS. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Kobanî educate yourself
400.000 Kurds fled to Turkey when the city was under siege, total civillian casualty around 50. We sent from Turkey hundreds of fighters to fight off ISIS occupation.

Just read about the damn subject before uttering pure nonsense

Our secret service said otherwise. There was even a documentation on RAI TV about turkey support for ISIS.

As i said you either fight ISIS or you don´t.

We do evrything we can and this also includes arming and training YPG.

In response to a question asking whether Turkey would benefit from full membership of the EU, 54 percent of respondents said no and only 36 percent chose to answer yes.
http://www.dailysabah.com/nation/20...rkish-support-for-eu-membership-at-record-low

The survey by Forsa for Stern magazine found 69 percent of Germans oppose Turkey joining the EU, up from 52 percent who were against it in a 2005 survey. The number in favor of Turkey joining the EU fell to 26 percent from 43 percent in 2005, according to the poll released on Tuesday.

Shouldn't we wait for sumthang lika 50-50% split before even having this discussion?
I mean only 36% of peeps wanna join a gang of which a mere quarter wants them in...
so, darn, better get a tight prenup 'cause a messy divorce is written all over that wall.

Just sayin' Tay.
