We should define western system as Peasant-Election-System not democracy.

Peasant-Election-System is not unlike Iranian election system. In Iran, the people get to vote only for the slate of candidate vetted by Grand Ayatollah Khamanei,

Peasant-Election-System is worse, people only get to vote for candidates vetted by Oligarchs.
