Maybe we Pakistanis can learn from the success of Bangladeshi textiles industry.

We do not need low margin Businesses like Textiles. That is by done LDCs like Bangladesh. We should continue our focus on high technology / manufacturing like building and selling Fighter jets.

Will you emigrate to Pakistan if you have an option?

Emigration to Pakistan is a much later option.

I want to bring export jobs to Pakistan as I did to Bangladesh.

Being an investor and a knowledgeable person transferring export-based skills is more important than emigrating somewhere.

No, I am not from Bihar or UP. I am a Bengali from Faridpur but was brought up among the Biharis and thus picked up the Urdu language. Reading, writing, and speaking. My father was a railway officer and was posted in many different stations.

Every railway town in the western BD was full of Muhajirs from India. Many of them still remain and the Urdu language is even spoken by the Bengalis in Saidpur.

Yeah but the Textiles business is the most profitable business in Pakistan.

Textile is still a labour intensive sector. Which means it provides huge social benefit to the economically poorest section of society. Thus labor intensive industries reduce the level of societal instability, rebellioness and violence.
