It would list what members and threads have been suspended, banned, or closed and why. Not for criticism, of course, but for us non-mods know better what the permitted limits are.

I'd second that.

I raised this question....... Admins replied by saying when a member is banned, the reason appears on his computer screen  and we are not bound to disclose the reasons to the public why we banned a member. The member knows the reason of his ban

Something like that they said

i was once banned under a different name and the reason was given was: You have been banned until this date, because you supported terrorism.

It is already extremely tedious to delete a post. Reasons are almost always listed as to why the post was deleted. When you ban someone, you have to list a reason there too, even though that information is not shared with the rest of the community (the banned member can see it). In addition to all this, if mods are also asked to go and make another manual entry in a thread replicating the effort they've already invested, I think the efficiency of a moderator will literally be cut in half.

The amount of muck, spam and crap that needs to be cleaned up is quite significant. Personally, while I understand the motivation for the request, I genuinely think it is a bit much to ask of the gratis moderation services extended to the community here.

Reasons are almost always listed as to why the post was deleted.
Yet when an entire thread disappears it isn't immediately clear what happened: was it deleted, renamed, or moved? And if deleted, the thread participants do not know the reason.

New members are lucky , they had not faced ban due to personal reasons and abusive language of one moderator ( already left PDF) , but all present mods are very nice and professional .

All credit goes to Web Master

Such lists always become "Hall of Shame", material. When we ban someone the intention is not to shame them but simply to cut off our relations with that person.

From experience I'd tell you once you hurt someone's ego, the person would most definitely come back. For that matter, we've experimented with this previously.
