The purpose of Hajj is not to revolve around a black stone and say prayers. The purpose of Hajj is to unite Muslims. The purpose of Muslim ceremonies is to show the unity of Muslims, not to just perform some spiritual ceremony. Chanting slogans against Israel and the United States did not and does not hurt the unity of Muslims, but in fact is justified knowing the actions of these two states against Muslims. As for India, if Pakistanis decide to chant slogans against the killing of Kashmiris by the Hindutva government of India, I can tell you for sure that Iranians won't object to it.

Khomeini did not question the legitimacy of the Saudi regime before the Iraq-Iran war and the Mecca incident. Let's not change the chronological order of events.
