Moving involve lot of efforts. You lose job...family and friends...when you sell property you pay heavy tax to move around money. if you have kids they have to start over.

In my experience, most Brits are sick of immigration, white or non white. Some say it openly, some say it under the breath. It would be interesting to see how the Brexit crowd feels about this. They've been celebrating the end of white immigration from Europe for a couple of years, this probably won't go down too well with them.
