The Honda Civic has been named the 2016 North American Car of the Year. Volvo’s XC90 took the award for the Truck/Utility of the Year.
Without any doubts Honda never disappoints its lovers with variations in every new model of medium-class benchmark Civic they have launched in the market in mid of 2015, therefore, Honda continues its legacy in 2016 as well.
Car category of the Year:
According to the decision of jury Honda Civic has been placed on top with 203 points, Chevy Malibu on second with 181 points and Mazda MX-5- Miata secured third place with 146 point in the race to earn car of the year title.
Truck/Utility of the Year:
Volvo XC-90 overtakes Honda Pilot here with 310 point against 111 points of Honda Pilot and with only 3 points less Nissan Titan XD is on 3rd place with 109 points.
In Pakistan nobody knows when this title holder will come in production line.
