Hindus must produce 10 kids for Modi to become PM again: Shankaracharya Vasudevanand

Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati of Badrikashram has a new message for all Hindus. He asserts that Hindus must produce 10 kids to make Narendra Modi as Prime Minister again.

Vasudevanand Saraswati, who is attending the Magh Mela in Allahabad, said that, "It is because of Hindus unity that Modi has become the Prime Minister. In order to maintain their majority status, every Hindu family should give birth to 10 kids."

Not only this, the godman near Sangam had also made a comment on Ghar Wapasi issue on Saturday. He said, "It is from Hindu religion only Christianity, Islam and Sikhs have originated. That's why everyone must return back to their roots. There should be no ban on Ghar Wapasi so no legal action must be taken against change of religion."

BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj had also asked Hindu women to produce four children which created a furore.

A party leader from West Bengal Monday also raised the same controversy by raising the number to five -- so that Hindus don't get "extinct".

"I have only one request... Every Hindu mother and sister will have to produce at least five children," said Shyamal Goswami, the Bharatiya Janata Party's vice president in Birbhum district.

This came following a statement by union Minister of State Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti using abusive language during a public meeting.

The minister had said: "Aapko tay karna hai ki Dilli mein sarkar Ramzadon ki banegi ya haramzadon ki." (You have to decide if you want a government in Delhi to be led by the children of Lord Ram or illegitimate children).
