about burka example you gave. its the perfect example that if those women do not want to wear burka at educational institute they could do that there too but they wear it with free will that is why they don't change at institute's washroom.

Sari is NOT forced on any woman. Many wear it many dont.

How is it "Free Will" if you wear the burqa just to please your family and as soon as you are out of that environment you change into jeans and t shirt?

not every muslim women wear burka too. you said "please the family" this shows her free will. if they don't want to wear at colleges they can change into jeans and t shirts there too but they don't and thats why they are tring to ban it.
