I only go by my gurus teachings...which says in shaktha worship there are many ways...apart from dasa maha vidhya...there are the aghori way where they try to see god in all the the unholy things...since god is all prevailing and present in everything...they eat dead body ...do japa sitting on a corpse...etc...the first rule in shaktha worship is respect the other ways...even if you dont agree...unless you are aligned with that kinda thought process and shown the way by a guru...its not possible to make some one see what i see...having said that i am not belittling your belief...but agreeing its true for you at the present stage you are in spiritually...the rest is upto devi ....not for me or anyone to convince otherwise.
LOL... Nice story.
1. Aghori do those terrible things to TRAIN THEIR MIND and not "see god" in "unholy" (now here is an oxymoron) things
2. Shava Sadhana is Tantra to use the remaining "energy" of the recently deceased to push up your own "energy" from your kundalini and activate higher chakras. It has nothing to do with "respect" for others, on the contrary it shows lack of respect in persuit of your own ambition. That is why its know as the Left handed path or the dark path.
I use the term "energy" loose to indicate life energy or Life force or "soul".
