When the China is happy with the current parent, how can you force him away from his current foster parent? Giving birth is not everything. The Child is small and loves his current mom.

I think its best to let the Child stay with both parents. I think he can have two sets of parents nothing wrong. I am sure the boy will never forget or stop caring about the women who raised him. She will remain for him his Mother even if later he decided to live with Shaikhs.

If the boy said he doents want to live with the current Mother then its a clear case. Otherwise its best to let him spend time with both families as parents, and get the love and care from both !!
