Please spare us the sob story on losing health benefits. It would do you better to talk to your senators and congress about spending over a Trillion dollars on Afghanistan and Iraq wars and bailing out the financial institutions from their self-inflicted losses with American tax payers money. Pakistan has certainly not put a gun on anyone's head to get this funding. Its in the interests of the US to work with Pakistan and if that means some financial assistance needs to be provided, so be it.

And this money will not be transferred directly to the state bank of Pakistan. Instead it will be slowly added to your Forex reserve account which is probably handled by state bank of pakistan.

So, effectively you can not count this money as whole in your Budget..
