We will now discuss the current situation as follows. First we will see the latest situation in technology transfer from Finland.
I will continue with OYAK MINE MATULARGY GROUP INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2019

It was planned to invest in Manisa with Miilux Oy, which Oyak Group bought to transfer technology for armor steel from Finland.

OYAK Miilux announced on 23 December 2019 that it started production in Manisa in August 2019. It is stated that the armor plates, the raw materials of which are produced in Ereğli Demir Çelik A.Ş., have made heat treatment and necessary shaping at the Miilux Manisa factory.

OYAK MINING MATULARGY GROUP INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT 2019
I'm quoting exactly

R&D Planning summary
• Heat treatment steels are one of the main input materials especially in sectors such as defense, construction equipment and mining. OYAK Group of companies from all Miilux Votes this steel were imported with the current development work was allowed to be produced in Turkey. The contribution of this study to reducing the country's imports is expected to be around 15 million USD per year.

• With the joint studies conducted with customers in the heat industry, UCS (Crack Sensitivity) values not achieved in the sector were obtained and a patent application was made by the Group.

• The development of a ferritic-bainitic steel not produced in Turkey is scheduled in the current situation. The target was determined as getting more shares from new projects in the automotive industry.

The group's flat and long product development efforts in 2019 continued across a wide range, including automotive, construction, steel bridge and heat treatment steels. Cost reduction projects were implemented in High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) and Petrol Boru steel grades. The Group also carries out process optimization studies within the scope of customer satisfaction, as well as various material review studies at the request of internal and external customers. The focus was on the development of high-strength materials in the body design of cars, with the aim of increasing fuel economy and reducing carbon emissions, especially in the automotive industry. These studies aim to facilitate high durability and shaping of complex parts. In this context, studies are carried out to develop special new generation steels, considering the expectations of the automotive industry. With the aim of moving the projects carried out so far one step further, studies are planned for the new generation steel grades and coating types with high added value in 2020.

New Generation Steels

OYAK Mining Metallurgy Group aims to gain competence in the production of new generation alloys with high performance and value added in line with the production of new generation steels on a pilot scale and increasing efficiency in the production processes. In 2020, it is aimed to reduce the production costs, develop low-density steels, develop prototype production of special steels such as advanced high-strength steels, improve the product range, and increase customer satisfaction by further improving the quality of liquid steel and final products with clean steel studies.

R&D Investments

The Group makes investments to improve its R&D capacity. With the vacuum induction furnace, the installation of which has been completed within the Erdemir R&D Center, it is aimed start the trial production in 2020. The hot rolling simulator, whose installation is completed in line with the goal of developing new high-strength new generation steel grades on a pilot scale, is planned to be commissioned in 2020. The cold rolling simulator is aimed to be put into operation by the end of 2020. Annealing and Coating Process Simulator (HDPS) is used to develop new generation advanced high-strength steel grades and to improve existing products. Apart from zinc, alternative coating types are also studied with the equipment using different alloys such as aluminum-silicon and magnesium.

Determining the corrosion resistance of the products is among the demands of OYAK Mining Metallurgy Group's customers in the automotive industry. Within the scope of determining the corrosion behavior of new types of coatings to be developed in line with R&D, the Corrosion Corrosion Test Cabinet, which was brought to the infrastructure of the R&D Center in 2019, conducts corrosion tests with salt spray method under different operating conditions. Among other investments are the hydrogen permeability tester and the welding machine, which enables welding tests at international standards to determine the suitability of steels used in the white goods industry for enamel coating.

Let's look at the quality of martensitic stainless steel production in Turkey now. Currently ÇEMTAŞ AŞ produces and launches X20Cr13, X46Cr13 quality stainless steels.
The compositions of the steels mentioned in the shared article on the subject are as follows.

Is there a chart that shows what ranking we are and what countries produce better steel?

great job, maybe Istanbul frigate wait for them with domesti missiles
