This show is done through Projection-Mapping, there are many pakistani companies offering this service and I am sure one of those executed this. I do not see a point of your critique; a nation like Pakistan should not honour it's culture, history and heritage?

How are dollars used for this?

To me it does not make sense to use dollars to import non-essentials like the equipment here and then go to the IMF because there arent enough dollars to go around.

You can honour your buildings, weddings, deaths, dead and living with what you have.
