Well I found out quite a few things like oscp is more difficult and challenging compared to Cissp which gives you more job offers and a higher salary. If you want to give an oscp exam then you must master network pivoting,python and kali linux. They will give you 24hr time limit for the test. Do you have plans on giving it?

AFAIK I don't think they have any training centers in Pakistan.Most teachers there pretend to be pen testers to dupe people for their money and the students end up learning basics which are useless.

I am CISA and CISM qualified, currently I am working in a Information Security department of a bank, however I like the technical side more then the CISA, CISSP or CISM.

Playing on Kali Linux since 2,3 months, I will attempt it in next 4,5 months.
