help needed related to universty

Need some help here....I applied in NUST.My father is an army personnel.So,I applied as a paying cadet.I was expecting less dues/fees.But in the selection letter,they've mentioned the same provisional admission fees and security as civilians.Anyone(ward of military personnel) studying in nust,please contact me asap.
