Do not take national express for the trip, you will get wasted sitting in one seat for that long--

Try national rail-- its comfortable-- buy ticket online--

If you have one day-- Drop Edinborough-- only Visit Glasgow-- lots of desi and nice places to visit- and prepare your self to listen to the weirdest accent -- you'll have to catch the words out of the air

or
Get a Schengen Visa, and go to Paris

Both taste the same- then i preferred Starbucks- because of the bad experience at Costa--
