I'm a grad student in economics as in commerce from the far North and East, a big fan of military related stuff, reading about politics and of course anything related with the world economy.. At first you only have privileges to comment on other threads ...

After some comments on other threads .. you should go to heading 'Forum' .. and there will be whole main topics
choose one topic like (indian defence forum) then there will be a button create thread
