Heatwave "Lucifer" hits Europe.

We can do -56' Celsius (almost).
Coldest recorded day was -52,6' Celsius.

That is when You see Your breath turn to ice and fall to the ground, LOL.

In the Army, we were sleeping in tents at -33' Celsius.

I was under canvas in -11 celsius. We were so comfortable we used to joke we'd put on weight!
 
I used to know a Russian from Siberia he said summer is very hot in some parts of siberia, 35°C isnt uncommon.

Well the sun is up for 6 months in north pole but its still cold, the temparature is related to more complex things like where the wind comes from etc.

Northern Sweden quite often has the highest temperature in the country during the summer, but it is usually 26-28' C.
This year, we are lucky to get 20'C.
