The problem with HAL is that it has taken too much projects in it's hand with nearly all projects hanging in balance.

we have already seen pathetic state of affairs of many current projects which are of an urgent need to the armed forces:

top of the table is LCA tejas

LCH is still under development with both IA & IAF eagerly waiting for it

Kaveri project has been shown the door

Much needed HJT sitara is still under development & may miss the deadline of 2015 just to make IAF look for foreign IJT's

many others such as MTA, UAV Lakshya, Rustom, Saras are still under development.

Than why the hell HAL is opening new projects with mouth watering slide show & dashing Shiv Aroor doing the honors of showing it to the world?? My humble request is that HAL first complete the damn necessary projects & than look for the moon.
