Pakistan Army soldiers deployed at the Line of Control ( LoC ) retaliated against unprovoked Indian firing and gave a befitting response in time.
Indian media had earlier claimed that Indian Army had launched ‘surgical strikes’ along LoC. However Pakistan Army denied that claim of ‘surgical strikes’ and said that it was unprovoked Indian firing which killed two soldiers of Pakistan Army.
In response, however Pakistan responded in time and presented an enviable episode of bravery.
In the wake of Uri attack, Pakistan-Indian relations hit a new low. After Indian propaganda on the Islamabad SAARC summit, Indust Waters Treaty and the Most Favored Nation (MFN) status, Indian Army resorted to unprovoked firing at LoC which was responded to by the Pakistan Army soldiers.
