Head of US Delegation to FATF Scott Rembrandt arrives in Pakistan

Pakistan can exit FATF just as easily. After all, it is a sovereign state with all the rights thereof.
What's stopping it from exiting FATF? This is just a question.

That is a question best answered by those in Pakistan making the decisions, if they care to explain.

Blacklisted totally. It was given time i think on 2017 but Iran did not care.
Thank you for the answer. Though a little surprised Iran stood it's grounds and did not care.

There should be no surprise in that at all. There is life outside of FATF, as Iran and North Korea prove. Pakistan has a choice to make here, and a very simple one at that. Blaming FATF is pointless.

Agree. Should be true about any country, and probably at that point this FATF will become a toothless organization.

No one would give a shit, it's politics and we are on the wrong side of it

So we need to suck it up, get more self reliant and pivot to Asia

I know no one would give a shit, but it would expose the hypocrisy and the double standards. Then Pakistan should insist for equal treatment. Throw spinner in the works of the enemies and get them rattled.
Only a fearless and aggressive approach would help with such cunning enemies. We all know it is USA behind India which is keeping Pakistan in the Grey List. India on its can't do diddle.
Pakistanis had been sucking up to the Indians for far too long, especially the Fat Arse Nawaja for obvious reasons. He was a buddy of Modi and an ardent enemy of Pakistan.
If we had adopted the aggressive stance we have recently, the things would have been different long time ago. You should always answer the aggression with aggression, closing eyes is not an option.

It is indeed true for any country, to decide whether it wants to meet FATF requirements or not. It is a choice made according to national interests. Simple.

That is only your opinion. FATF works according to its rules known by all its member States.

Not mine only. But every Pakistani and any rational unbiased non-Hindutva

Black listed, along with North Korea.

There is life outside FATF, as Iran proves. It is a choice for Pakistan too.
Bro Iran has oil and we do not have luxury.

Of course everyone is entitled to have their own opinions whatever they may be. However, meeting FATF requirements or not remains a choice for Pakistan, just as it is for any country.

Every nation must decide for itself according to its own requirements, of course.

No. Not everyone should be entitled to their lies and should be held accountable.

As I said above, Pakistan is free to present its case to hold FATF accountable. Please go right ahead in whatever venue it feels is best.

It did... Like I said it have the Indian Hindutva as its gatekeepers... Are you reading my posts or just blabbering??

FATF is not the only venue available to Pakistan. As I said before, it is up to Pakistan to decide how to best proceed.

Exactly. Hopefully, FATF doesn't continue to be a political tool.
