Khalifa-e-Dom (second caliph) and Ameer-ul-Momineen Umar ibn-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) was one of the greatest administrators the humanity has ever witnessed. We can learn a lot from his blessed life as a ruler, as a democrat, as a military leader, as a spiritual leader, as a husband, as a father. His life is guidance for all humanity especially the followers of Islam. He was among the top 10, he was among the top 5.

I hope the people who are stressing on celebrating and commemorating the life of Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) also celebrate and commemorate the great martyrdom and life of Imam Hassan and Hussain, the grand sons of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him - ﷺ) and the chiefs of youth in jannah.
