You should all start walking 30 mins a day. If that's too long, then that's ok you will gradually get there. I recommend parks or trails (cleaner air), avoid busy streets due to car pollution. Walking 30 mins every single day is a natural remedy for curing sicknesses that come with old age, curing cigarette addiction, and making you feel like your twenty again (even if your 60 or older)!
I take my parents (in their 60's) & my cousin (an ex-chain smoker) walking every day. I too have fought my own demons & I lost every battle for the first hundred days! Slowly I started half-winning & then I actually started winning. So yes, I am definitely speaking from experience.
