Oh well..that same old distinction between good terrorists & bad terrorists. You are never going to eradicate the menace if you keep on having to think twice before pulling the trigger when a terrorist confronts you. Its not difficult for a bad terrorist to disguise as good terrorist & live for another day to blow himself up.

No problems here with Pakistan. All the people I know have the same attitude.

We just believe in "Jiyo aur Jine Do" philosophy.

I just hope we get two leaders who have the courage to accept the current situation and sign an agreement relinquishing all claims on Kashmir on the other side.

If the report is true, which I doubt, that Pakistan Army deliberately took no any action banned terrorist outfits such as LeT, Haqqani Network and Afghan Taliban, assuming they are "good" terrorists, then its nothing but a big shame for a neutral and honourable institution of Pakistan!

We need to get real. The Establishment will never touch the LeT, JeM or the Haqqanis as these groups have been raised, funded, trained and protected by the Establishment at exorbitant expense keeping in mind their policy of state sponsored terror against Afghanistan and India. How then can the Establishment go after its own creations?

But the danger is that many of these trained terrorists have crossed sides are now fighting against the Pakistani State itself. In other words, as correctly pointed out by Hillary Clinton recently, you can't raise snakes in your backyard and expect them not to bite you! But for the Establishment, that's a price that has to be paid by the State for keeping the pot boiling in India and Afghanistan.

Thus, with these turncoat 'good' terrorists roaming free in Pakistan, would things ever change?

Pakistani army has not touched them, because they are Pakistani assets, it's very simple.

They have the power to disguise as a normal civilian and then attack Indian interests. It's employing terrorism as state policy.
Now, at one point of time, all of these taliban used to be Pakistan's strategic assets, until some of them turned against.
The Haqqani or LeT are currently not Pakistan's problem. We just need to ensure that they become one, or even some other problem in some other region will do, which will act as a balance.

The intelligence based operations started at what time ? when was the movement towards operations in the urban areas intensified. Posting articles and actually reading and understanding them are two different things. I have posted the report and mature people have already given their views on it.
As to the real issue of why they do not find the leaders guilty, well the onus remains on the Indians

It is simply bureaucracy in america taking their time to compile the report. This was the 2014 report and in the 2015 report all these intelligence based operations will be included.

since when LET and Haqqani talibans are stationed in waziristan ?? Haqqani talibans are in khost , paktia and paktika their HQ is in khost and LET is in KAshmir their HQ is in Azad KAshmir and their fighters are fighting in India which i guess is not Part of America or NATO ..
