You gotta eat hot Gulab jamuns when you're shvering with cold in the Winters in Delhi. And you gotta try cold Rasgulla's in warm days. The trick to rasgullas is the way they make it consistent....you see cottage cheese crumbles in sweet syrup so people didn't how to keep them consistent until a Bengali figured it out only about 100 or so years ago- that changed the world of sweets as we know it here
