This will be controversial, but i don't think Hamas should militarily engage Israel 1 to 1. The Israeli response is always disproportionately higher, many Palestinians die, huge amounts of damage is caused and Hamas does not have a strategy that will lead to victory. It is important that they retain the capacity to do so and build it up so they can inflict some actual damage (like widepsread access to anti tank weaponry, or MANPAD's to target helicopters/low flying aircraft), but right now they can't do any real damage to IDF and in return for their misadventures too much harm is done to Palestinians.

They are not engaging Israel but that doesn't mean they will disarm. Gaza used to be militarily occupied by Israel and they were building settlements and transferring settlers there. The purpose of these groups then(they were small then) was to expel the settlers and IDF forces. They managed to make life hard for them, Israel eventually pulled out because it doesn't see the worth and casualty loss it will take for that land. West Bank is much more important strategically and historically to them.

They do have manpads and anti-tank missiles it's still near impossible to repel jets but they can affect helicopters. Israeli tanks now use trophy system which can shoot anti tank missiles being fired at them. Hamas will agree to 1967 two state solution and have permanent ceasefire from there. Disarming will not happen because you can't trust anybody in this world. No sane people demand of a nation to disarm. Every country has arms/military force to protect their people and interests.

Anyway this is 30 year anniversary rally for Hamas. I didn't post it because I don't think it's relevant/appropriate right now with the situation in West Bank. I also don't care about anniversaries or birth days or other things because I'm weird like that.

Hamas get's weapons from several sources, lots of rifles for example came from Libya during Morsi era. That's why there are some Aug and F2000 rifles there. Rockets they mostly build inside Gaza, Iran taught them how to produce the more lethal ones. They lack lots of material so they can't produce best quality stuff or large quantity. Anti-tank missiles come from Iran(also Libya and Egypt) and Hezbollah helps deliver them. Hezbollah and Hamas share tactics. In past some weapons were produced in Sudan and transferred to Sinai to be smuggled. Some weapons are Egyptian and bought from Sinai. RPG rockets are produced inside Gaza(some of them). IED is produced there too. Grenades as well.

Drone parts are smuggled and produced there but drone doesn't do much unless you have armed drone. You can only build so many and they aren't helpful but symbolic as Israeli Air Force will easily shoot them down. It is difficult to smuggle weapons into there now and it is even more difficult to overwhelm Iron Dome and Trophy system of Israeli armor.

Nevertheless their purpose is not to destroy Israel, it is to make sure the people have a military arm to defend their interests and prevent occupation.

No you can't, also Israeli air fields are top secret and underground, so unless you have satellites in space(which Hamas doesn't have), you can't know where they are. Explosive drone is useless anyway, you can only mount so much explosives on a small drone and mortars are much more effective at targeting infantry on border.

Now find the runways ....anyway drone's are useless if you don't have an Air Force. You need Air Force to strike those runways.

Hamas's military wing budget is small, and can do nothing to alleviate situation in the Strip which requires major projects for the water, electricity, etc.... Economy can't thrive under total siege, which is much, much more than sanctions. It's as simple as that.
