It was something that was tried and where it does give you the benefit of finding out what actually took out a member, it also creates unnecessary angst on the forum. When we're taking administrative actions against people, in particular banning, we want the person to leave, or in the case of infractions to correct themselves... not to humiliate or shame them. Ending up in the hall of shame may make the issue personal whereas its purely business.
