And yes if your talking about niqabis. You see there are not just make up of eyeshade, blush on or whatever. There are many foundations can help in acnes too. So there's nothing wrong for a niqabi to use it too. Nai? And as per hijabis, they put on for looking good to themselves. Also, I'm not talking about the make up in which ladies almost wash their faces in make up. Lol

While the application of makeup is rather debatable in Islam, Halal Makeup simply means ingredients that are Halal. So basically nothing derived from animals that are forbidden to consume in Islam, and no alcohol. It's not just makeup, it's really about any cosmetic product even fragrances, most of which use alcohol.

There's also vegan makeup, or organic makeup. Same industry really, and a giant one.
