Look for point 13 sub clause 6
Point a licensed production through TOT
Point b willing to invest
Point C firm possess/ willing to obtain necessary licences
Point d abt certification

I think this points to Kaveri Program only .. perhaps the evolution and may be smaller version HTFE35 which Vstol talked about.

The points makes it look like the consortium member has to be willing to invest. Other than Safrran no one has come FWD to invest.

Interesting is all 4 sub points as noted above...

The field is very much limited and it's clear that post 50 engines it will be a supplier to a market notably Indian Jet market implying LCA , perhaps Rafales and AMCA and other projects like LSA may be.

The time frame 3 to 5 years also points to a similar thing.
