So? Does that prevent the missiles from being targeted? Does that preclude the H-6K's from being targeted? USAF F-15s also can operate from South Korean and Japan, or Australia. And has good aerial refeulling capability.

So basically, China developped H6K into extended missile launcher which is able to launch some subsonic missiles.
Good idea just like Soviet Union with Tu-22 With KH-55 but H6K is a bit smaller, so I suggest in previous post that China should go for bigger platform or subs for longrange cruise missiles. American used B52 as nuke missile launcher long time ago, nowaday they use B1B Lancer for JASSM.
their single sub could launch 154 Tomahawk missiles in minutes as antiship or land attack
. And they are always somewhere near us.
