I don't know that fellow Indians know about Gujarat CM's new dream but he dreamed of academic infrastructure that can help our efforts to fight crime.
Gujarat build two universities which are dedicated to the only one goal.
'Empower Police to fight crime'.
Gujarat state assembly passed 'Raksha Shakti University Act, 2009' and
'Gujarat Forensic Sciences University Act,2009' and as a result CM's dream came true.
