Wishful thinking. Don't get fooled. Those incidents happened for a reason.

If Erdoğan had been the leader back then, he would have reacted in a similar way to foil any Greek attempt of changing the status quo.

Turkey's boundaries are well known in Athens. These days they simply don't challenge us and, therefore, we don't defeat them once more.

The general public isn't aware of the severity of the situation back then. That episode took place mostly behind closed doors.
