This is a military forum buddy and what we are on is present time military conditions of both countries. I don't know what is so difficult to figure out for you... I will not even mention that we have great philosophers and scientists...

We could see turkey military capabilities in Syria when their soldiers did run away and let their tanks back.

The current status of turkish military is desolate. Most of its most experienced staff are not in office anymore.

And no...you have no famous philosophers or scientists. Your culture doesnt allows individualism and free thinking.
