who are first and second poorest in europe then?

If you look at all of Europe here is the list;
Poorest Countries in Europe

But if you look at the European Union,it should be Bulgaria and Romania.

The difference beeing that the bulgarians and romanians are adapted to their economic poverty with salaries that fit their economies,much lower unemployement rate,in a nutshell,more greeks are starving than bulgarians and romanians.

I thought Moldova was the only poor European country, and that doesn't matter because they still have the Epic Sax Guy and the Numa Numa guys which make all the difference.
