In 27 January 2015, The Daily newspaper, Hürriyet, published a news written by Yorgo Kırbaki ,WHO is Greek and lives in Greece. The news mentioned The Greek Island of Farmokonisi ( already changed the original name of Bulamaç).

What that also means is that Since Turkey did officially not object the news and issued any objection comment, If Greece brings the invasion to International courts, The Court could recognise the legit. of the invasion.

Böyle bir durumda TSK direkt hükümete bile sormadan müdahale eder. Bu Anayasal görevidir TSK'nın, yetkiyi direkt Anayasa'dan alır ve TSK bundan sorumludur. Kaç defa Sahil Güvenlik anında müdahale etti hatta denizaltılarımızla bile müdahale etti Donanma. Bu forumda defalarca paylaştık beraber izledik. Ayrıca TSK'da binlerce subay var.

In 13 april 2013 A Turkish citizen, A.K., was caught by Greek coast guard when he was smuggling humans to the island of Bulamaç.

The Turkish citizen , A.K., was brought to the Greek court and sentences with 50 year jail time, and 115.000 Euro .

Such news were shared by many news agency, including state-run Anadolu agency.

The Turkish Criminal Code I Law No: 5237

'' Provocation of war against the State

ARTICLE 302-

(1) Any person who provokes authorities of a foreign country to start war or to take hostile action against Turkish Republic, or cooperates with the authorities of a foreign country to serve this purpose, is punished with imprisonment from ten years to twenty years. The punishment to be imposed is increased by one third in case of execution of provocation act through press or broadcast organs.

(2) In practice of this article, direct and indirect encouragement or support of the organizations that are formed to commit crime against the security of Turkish Republic, is considered as a hostile action.

(3) Precautions specific to legal entities are imposed in case of commission of the offenses defined in this article by corporation. ''

In 31 Dec. 2008 A Greek Helicopter violated Turkish airspace over the island of Bulamaç. The Turkish General staff aired the violation on its website.

The Turkish FM demanded The Turkish General staff to remove the violation news from the website. The General staff wanted a meeting with The FM. In The meeting at the FM, the participants of the FM accepted the invasion, and said there has to be a politic decision to end the invasion of Greece. The FM participants also told that'' the invasion was done under the knowlege of the *Government.''

Erdoğan has turned blind eye(not to disturb relationship with US most likely) to this issue in last ten years if anything public is disturbed the fact Erdoğan is acting too passive on this issue.Not the mention news belongs to Today's Zaman which happens to be very distant to Tayyip Erdoğan nowadays.
